Cancelling Orders Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever happens first.

• If your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
   

Orders That Have Been Shipped

Once your order is dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, once delivered, you may proceed with a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
 

Changes to Orders
